When looking for an entertainer for your birthday party (whether it be in Denver or anywhere else for that matter) there are some basic things that you can do to significantly increase the odds of finding a great entertainer. Let's start with some of the obvious yet frequently overlooked things. For starters, make sure they have a nice professional looking website. A sloppy site likely means a sloppy performer.

Professionally taken portrait quality photos are also a good indicator although a few thrown in that were "taken in the field" are nice to see also. And the biggest thing is the VIDEO! If a performer in the year 2011 does not have a video available you have to ask yourself why??? Even if it is on Youtube, you should be able to access and watch a video of their performance and if you can't find one, move on!

Another easy thing to do is to ask for a few references. Ask for three or four of them and call two of them and you will get that much closer to guaranteeing your party will be great.
